A 19th century factory in downtown Knoxville was transformed into a multi-use facility housing a general store on the first floor, an architecture firm on the second floor, and condominiums on the three upper floors. Great care was taken to leave the original features of the building intact and visible, including the original facade, historic brick, and massive timber support beams.
